Overview
CorePlus was established in 2015 in Melbourne, Australia by leading wellness innovators, Amy and Michael King. We had the unique vision to combine a range of instructor-led class-based fitness experiences under the one roof, combining new and established practices that are good for both the body and the mind. Our multi-room, multi-format studio spaces include a heated mat studio for hot yoga and pilates, and a separate unheated studio space for our reformer pilates classes.
